About Me

I am a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and CBT therapist with over 15 years experience. I draw on a psychodynamic approach and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) including the use of mindfulness techniques. I work in a very individual way with each client, focussing on what you would like to gain from counselling. I work one to one with adults. I also work with couples, families and groups. I am a qualified supervisor and provide supervision to both trainee and qualified therapists. I work from 2 locations in North West London; based in Hampstead and Highgate.
