Lucie has worked as a degree qualified, psychotherapist and counsellor for fifteen years specialising in working with anxiety and depression for adults and adolescents.
She is a qualified couple counsellor and a critical incident consultant and fully accredited with the BACP.
Lucie believes that building a good therapeutic relationship with her clients is one of the most important factors when they are facing difficult and painful issues. Working this way enables her clients to feel safe, to enable them to gain insight and awareness about themselves and the issues they are struggling with, allowing them to make long lasting and effective changes to their lives.
Lucie works using integrative therapy, particularly CBT and solution focused methods with a special interest in understanding possible blocks in therapy to allow change and help her clients move forward with confidence.
