About Me

Relationships can bring us feelings of security, contentment and joy but often relationships can also bring us disappointment, sadness and pain.

We can experience many types of loss in our relationships with others and with ourselves. Loss can come through our own choice, circumstance or the choices of others and can feel very difficult to deal with.

I work with relationship loss:

Loss of family

Loss of friendships

Loss of partners

Loss of work

Loss of confidence

Loss of self-esteem or self-worth

Loss of identity and self

Loss through death

Loss of health

Loss of freedom

Loss of choice

Loss of opportunity

Loss of meaning

or any other relationship losses you're experiencing.

Everyone's welcome - people from the LGBTQ+ community, people who are neurodivergent, people who are culturally and ethnically diverse.

I'm a fully qualified and registered member of the BACP - British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.

How can I help?

Sessions with me will enable you to talk, explore and understand your losses. We'll try and make sense of them together and find new ways of being with your losses. I'll be interested to hear about your upbringing and how your early relationships have shaped you and how you see yourself, others and the world. I'm also interested in existential ideas, which draw from philosophy, so the themes of choice, freedom, meaning, responsibility and authenticity will emerge from our work and will guide us through your experiences.

What to expect?

We will meet for an initial 50-60 minute session, so you can tell me what you're looking for from therapy and get a sense of how I work and I'll tell you how I think I can help you. Towards the end of the session, we'll discuss how the session felt for you and if you'd like to come back for another session or you can have time to think about it and let me know later.

Where do I work?

I provide sessions in-person in London, SE6 and online using Zoom.

I provide single sessions, short-term and ongoing/open-ended therapy.
