I am qualified counsellor and CBT Therapist and is currently working towards accreditation with BACP.
Having completed Psychology degree (BSc) in 2003, I commenced psychotherapy training and gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in 2006, and have been in active practice since. I have acquired a wealth of experience across varying settings and been part of different multi-disciplinary teams. Having worked for many years in the NHS and private healthcare, I have developed a wide range of skills and experience to assist you overcome your difficulties and achieve your goals.
