Krysia Zalewska
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist in private practice in the Euston and Chancery Lane areas of London, and have experience of providing therapy in the NHS and the charitable sectors. I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and work with individual clients aged 18 years and over to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what might be troubling them or preventing them experience their lives fully.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy seeks to understand how deep-rooted aspects of the past can have an impact on present day-to-day life and lead to recurring problems that cause suffering and distress. The process is a collaborative one in which the relationship between the client and the therapist is of great importance in order for the client to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships with others, and in this way develop a greater self-awareness and insight so that change can be achieved.

Fees
Therapy starts with an initial 50 minute consultation to see if therapy will be helpful for you and to discuss practical matters such as fees. Should you decide to continue with the therapy, we will come to an agreement for weekly sessions of fifty minutes at the same time on the same day each week. The cost of the two initial meetings together is £100.
Fees are discussed and agreed together at our initial meeting before any commitment to therapy is made. The fee per sessions is between £65 and £85 per session. There are some limited, reduced-fee spaces during the day for students, unemployed, or for those on low income. There may be a waiting list for these spaces.
