Katie Woodland Integrative psychologist , TF2
I am a developmental psychologist who incorporates both traditional and complementary therapies into the service in order to deliver a truly holistic approach to treatment.
Over the past 3 years I have developed a unique 12 week intensive therapeutic approach which has successfully supported individuals and families to overcome the effects of mental ill health. This has a 100% success rate and a 0% relapse rate, whether the difficulties arose 3 years ago or 30 years ago.
I support individuals who are struggling from depression or anxiety and parent 'training' to families whose children are struggling with social, emotional or behavioural difficulties (e.g., conduct disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, ADHD, ASD...). Importantly, you do not need a 'formal diagnosis' to access the service.
Both approaches use a combination of; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, aromatherapy, emotional freedom technique (EFT), spiritual healing and Reiki.
During the first session together we develop a plan designed to draw on the techniques you want/need and with your own personal goals in mind. Throughout the process I act as a guide and mentor which fully empowers you to start taking control of your own life and becoming the best version of you again.
I offer a free no obligation phone consultation to not only check your suitability for the technique but most importantly enable you to see whether I am someone you feel you could work with and if you believe this approach may be of benefit to you.
Please note- this approach is not for everyone. It is very intensive and is absolutely hard work. But if you are fed up with feeling stuck and trapped in your own skin and are truly ready to; move forward, take control and start experiencing life again, then I absolutely encourage you to get in touch and take advantage of the free no obligation consultation.
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio and I look forward to the possibility of supporting you/your family in the near future.
Best wishes, Katie.
p.s. I also blog for the huffington post if you wanted to check out some of the things I talk about/help people with (or just do your own independent pre check :) ) http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/author/katie-woodland
