About Me

Helping clients from all walks of life and cultural background including gender and age. Counselling in English, Gujarati and Hindi

There comes a point when life may seem overwhelming, confusing and challenging.

It might seem we are unable to cope with our day to day life. Sometimes, we feel uneasy to speak to our friends and family in fear of being judged, unable to trust or the fact that things are not clear in our own mind.

It might help to talk to someone who is trained, neutral and non-judgemental. I aim to offer supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings, issues and emotional difficulties and, help you to understand how present life experiences and difficulties may be connected to your past experiences and to explore different ways to overcome difficulties.

I acknowledge that it may be difficult to consider counselling, or you might not be sure how counselling works but since you are looking at my profile, it seems you have taken the first step. It might be worth considering contacting me to discuss if counselling is for you? Is it a right time for you? How I might be able to help?

I am an accredited member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their strict code of ethics. I am a registered member of BACP's Voluntary Register.
