Jasminka Milena Letzas Hypnotherapy hypnotherapist , N1
Hypnotherapy is completely safe, extremely relaxing and can help you make lasting changes. You will not lose control – on the contrary: hypnotherapy can put you back in control of your life, your feelings and actions.
Exploring new scenarios and testing out new behaviours in a safe space and whilst being totally immersed will help you form new positive habits and ways of thinking. You will be testing out and reinforcing new neural pathways.
This approach is proven to work especially well when addressing addictive behaviours, anxiety and dealing with stress-related issues or low self-esteem.
Many years ago hypnotherapy has helped me overcome my own battles with stress and anxiety. My previous career was in digital design and video production where I headed a large team in a high pressure environment. I tried various techniques and therapies to help me cope, and it was hypnotherapy that helped me make a change for the positive. The results were so liberating that I decided for a career change and qualified with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
Training and qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in Stress Management and Resilience-Building.
To stay up-to-date I frequently take part in specialist training, e.g. recently on Enhancing Neuroplasticity.
I am registered with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and I adhere to their strict Code of Ethics.
For my previous career I gained an MA in Communications and an MA in "Applied Imagination" which are both of some value to my current work with clients.
