About me

In an ever-changing and uncertain world, counselling is an opportunity to pause and and take stock of how life feels for you. Perhaps you've lost sight of what makes it all feel worthwhile and that the person you want to be is out of reach - counselling can help bring you back to yourself and help you rediscover meaning and purpose.   I can offer you a safe space, where difficult thoughts and feelings can be listened to respectfully and without fear of being judged. Whether you're feeling anxious, unfulfilled or unable to cope - you don't have to face your struggle alone.   I am an experienced counsellor with a background in working with people who've been affected by cancer and terminal illness. I have consequently developed a special interest in supporting those struggling with grief, bereavement and loss. However, my work also covers a broad range of personal and work related issues - including stress management.   Finding a counsellor may feel a daunting process, but to help you through this I offer a free 30 minute initial session to explore whether or not we're right for each other. I will also gladly answer any questions by phone or email without further obligation.
