A warm welcome to you. I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist providing face-to-face, online and telephone counselling.
I offer bespoke counselling based on your individual needs and issues. I see counselling as an interactive process between you and I, where we can work together to improve and support your psychological wellbeing. I have a calm demeanour, am empathic, and respond with sensitivity to your thoughts and feelings.
