An experienced counsellor based in central Chichester I work with both individual clients and couples who are facing difficult personal issues either on an individual basis or within a relationship.  

Those personal issues can include anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks, loss of self esteem, confidence issues, eating disorders, sexual concerns, bullying, abuse and anger management.

My concern is to help meet the specific needs of each client.  I offer different counselling strategies in order to be able to work in a way that is appropriate to each client in order to assist each individual bring about lasting change. This work can be short term or open ended dependent upon what is most appropriate for each individual.

As an senior accredited registered counsellor I recognize the importance of providing a safe confidential therapeutic environment which will allow clients to work in a way which is most helpful to them.

In addition to counselling qualifications I am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.  In addition to my general counselling practice I have specific experience in assisting clients with work based issues including dealing with change and bullying.

In addition to my private practice my counselling experience includes working within a health centre and a major counselling charity.  I also offer sessions at a reduced rate to counselling students who are in training.
