I am a senior Counselling Psychologist with over 12 years experience in helping individuals and couples overcome their difficulties in life. My passion is helping people understand that change is always possible and I can help identify the root of your problem that’s stopping you from enjoying your life fully and provide you with strategies to overcome them. Through my years of clinical experience and my extensive research and studies I developed strategies to empower people to make lasting changes in their lives to improve the quality of life for themselves.
I can help you develop new insights which enables you to create and sustain meaningful relationships and learn how to communicate more effectively and compassionately, resulting in more fulfilling relationships.
I have gained considerable clinical experience in number of settings including private practice, NHS and charity sector counselling services. I have written and delivered courses and workshops on anger management, trauma, anxiety and relationships. I have managed a number of counselling services and clinics overseeing the clinical work of other therapists.

I am a registered provider of counselling and psychotherapy for Healthcare Insurance companies including, AXA PPP, Vitality (previously PruHealth) Aviva.
Training and qualifications
I am a chartered counselling Psychologist and an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society.
I am fully trained to apply different models of therapy based on the client’s needs. These models include Psychodynamic therapy, Person centered Therapy and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and integrative therapy.
I am a registered member of the HCPC and the BPS.
