About Me

Hello there, my name is Erin Reid and I am a Counselling Psychologist, Systemic Practitioner and Service Manager working with the NHS and Local Authority, and in private practice. I am also a lecturer and module leader working on the counselling psychology doctorate programmes at Metanoia Institute, City University and University of East London. I offer face-to-face, 'walk and talk', telephone, Skype™, WhatsApp™, and FaceTime™ therapy, clinical supervision and tutoring. I provide short- and long-term psychological therapy and coaching interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. I also facilitate mental health awareness training, coaching, and consultancy with organisations.

I also offer "future planning" and personal, relationship, work, and wellbeing coaching conversations to clients. I have a strong personal and research interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health, a regular yoga practice, and takes a holistic approach to wellbeing.

You are most welcome to contact me to explore the ways that we can work together to help you achieve the goals that you have set for yourself.
