Hello there, my name is Erin Reid and I am a Counselling Psychologist, Systemic Practitioner and Service Manager working with the NHS and Local Authority, and in private practice. I am also a lecturer and module leader working on the counselling psychology doctorate programmes at Metanoia Institute, City University and University of East London. I offer face-to-face, 'walk and talk', telephone, Skype™, WhatsApp™, and FaceTime™ therapy, clinical supervision and tutoring. I provide short- and long-term psychological therapy and coaching interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. I also facilitate mental health awareness training, coaching, and consultancy with organisations.
I also offer "future planning" and personal, relationship, work, and wellbeing coaching conversations to clients. I have a strong personal and research interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health, a regular yoga practice, and takes a holistic approach to wellbeing.
