I'm an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, which means we might sometimes choose to use art materials, your dreams, and your imagination and creativity, as we work together to help you feel better.
I help creative, sensitive women figure out how to feel less worried, more grounded, more creative, and work through the stuck points in their life.
I specialise in working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) and women who have tended to be people-pleasers but who now want to show up in their own life more authentically. I also specialise in Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) and trauma.
I aim to help you feel your feelings without feeling overwhelmed or controlled by them, and to figure out what it really means for you to 'be yourself'.
If you’d like to book your free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your situation and what you are looking for, email me today. I look forward to connecting with you.
