Integrative psychologistAbout Me
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and an Integrative Psychotherapist registered with the BPS, HCPC and the UKCP. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working in private practice and in the NHS, and I currently practice at Equilibrium Therapy Centre in Southfields, South West London where I see individuals for both short term and long term therapy.
The style of therapy I offer is relational and one that delivers warmth, real interest with compassion, and sufficient challenge to stimulate your mind. I use an Integrative approach, incorporating elements of CBT, Coaching, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Existential philosophies to tailor a sensitive and creative therapeutic approach for each individual.
I endeavour to work creatively and collaboratively with you to resolve emotional conflicts, insecurities and repetitive patterns, and will support you to work towards growth, healing and meeting your personal objectives.
I work with a wide variety of problems and mental health issues with a special interest in working with body image disturbance and eating disorders. My experience also includes conducting clinical mental health assessments; and in addition to this I have worked extensively with individuals suffering from trauma and HIV/AIDS.
