I believe that you have the answers you seek inside of yourself. My role is to help you rediscover and reconnect with yourself to find those answers that are right for you.
Business and work issues are of special interest to me due to my previous senior-level business background. I understand organisational and business pressures and how to navigate the options when faced with a very demanding job or stressful work environment. I coach many CEO's of both large and small organisations.
I also have a focus on working with Highly Sensitive People or HSPs and am listed on Dr Elaine Aron's website. HSPs often suffer from anxiety and depression as the world can overwhelm them. I work with individuals, couples and groups.
I am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by their strict codes of ethics and professional practice.
I have 30 years of senior P&L business experience and I also work as a business consultant, coach for business leaders and facilitator of behavioural change programmes. I am MBA qualified and the author of two best-selling business books.
