Hi, Im Chris, I have been helping clients since 1993 and am passionate about both Hypnotherapy and general health care. As well as being a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I'm also an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber.  Giving me an in-depth understanding about the physical as well as the psychological aspects of client’s needs.

Many unwanted habits and sensations can be treated with Hypnosis, such as addictions to Smoking and Food, also unwanted behaviours such as fears and phobias.

Clinical Hypnotherapy allows the therapist to speak directly to the subconscious mind of the client and employs psychological techniques to alter deep seated behaviour.
