About me

I'm a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and am registered member with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

For over twenty years I have worked extensively within the professional fields of Social Care; Education; Health and therapy with Children/Adolescent; Adults; Couples and Families.

Therapy:

The therapy room provides a calm, relaxing, confidential and safe environment for patients; which is imperative and essential for therapeutic work. The modalities used in therapeutic work are: Person CentredApproach; Transactional Analysis; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Extentialism; Gestalt; Systemic Therapy; and Psychodynamics.

Location of the practice is under 10 minutes walk from Stoneleigh Train Station and has good accessible links to buses. The practice is open each Wednesday from 18:30 pm until 21:30pm; last session is 20:30pm. The duration of a each session is 50 minutes and double session are available.

I currently work within the NHS as a Psychotherapist with Children/Adolescent and their families who have a diagnosis of Learning Disability and Neuro Developmental Condition.

I receive regular clinical supervision and attend relevant CPD courses to enhance my professional development and maintain my knowledge within the changing profession of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Fees

Individual session is 50 minutes. £55

Couple session is 60 minutes. £75

Child/Adolescent/Students are charged at a lower rate of £45 for each session.
