For most people a short course of regular sessions helps to take back control of our lives and allow us to manage challenges and difficulties in a resourceful way. The aim of my approach to therapy is to help my clients learn CBT problem solving skills so that you can become your own therapist.
Having an experienced, trained and non-judgemental individual to help guide you through seemingly overwhelming issues can be the key to helping you get your life back on track.

After a successful career in publishing I trained as a psychotherapist. I have an MSc in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (RE&CBT)  and have been working in private practice since 2003. I have also worked with the NHS and with the Priory in London and Bristol.

I am an Integrative CBT Therapist which means I am able to draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches to help people work through their issues. These include CBT, REBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy ( CFT) EMDR. I am also trained in working with Fertility issues and am a Mindfulness Coach. In addition I train people in CBT, Counselling and Hypnotherapy and supervise students and therapists
