Integrative therapistAbout Me
I am trained and practice as an integrative counsellor, this enables me to work with you as a unique individual by using different approaches. Drawing on a number of different therapy styles means that the therapy fits you rather than the other way round.
I work within the ethical frame work for Good Practice laid down by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Welcome to my page. You may be here with a clear idea of what you would like to talk about with specific goals you would like to work on, perhaps self esteem, anxiety, issues with loved ones. Or you maybe feeling down and sad, not quite right but not sure what the problem really is, maybe someone has suggested that you need to speak to someone.
No matter what brought you, I offer you a safe, supportive, confidential space where you can talk and be heard without being judged. In my role as facilitator I will travel along side you to support you, witnessing your unique journey. In our work together we will have the opportunity to explore the feelings and difficulties that you experience and where they might have come from. Our sessions will aim to support you by encouraging your self-esteem and autonomy as an individual, empowering you to discover and tap into the resources that you already have. Looking at things differently in our work will enable you to find a way forward to help you live the life you want to lead.
