I am a BACP accredited Psychotherapist and a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist.
I specialise in helping individuals and couples improve their relationships , overcome anxiety, anger and depression.
My approach is integrative, which means that I draw from a variety of disciplines. This allows me to create an individual approach to help you move forward to create positive and lasting change.
Couples are often caught up in repetitive patterns of self destructive behaviour striving to get their own needs met. A breakdown in communication – with shaming and blaming, is also very common. I specialise in helping couples to reconnect and learn to communicate more openly and non-judgementally. I am a Certified Imago Relationship Therapy, one of the most effective types of couple therapy in the UK

My fees are £75 per 50 minute session for individuals and £85 for couples
Training and qualifications
I am a BACP accredited member and a certified Imago couple relationship therapist. I received an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents College.
I have counselled for the following organisations:
The London Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (LACAP)
The National Association for Mental Health ( MIND) in Barnet and Brent
Jewish Marriage Guidance Council
Jewish Care Counselling Service
I also provide services for a number of employment assistance programmes and am a registered provider for BUPA and Aviva.
