Anita Gaspar Integrative counsellor , N5
I have experience of working on a short and long-term basis with a variety of clients, and offer a respectful and confidential space in which to explore your life and talk about your current concerns. I will not give advice or judge you, but listen carefully and attempt, through my questions and reflections, to help you make sense of your problems and identify opportunities for change.
I trained at The Minster Centre in London and am an integrative counsellor. This means that I do not have a rigid approach to my work or adhere to any one theory.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist at a well-established psychological therapies unit within the NHS. I also have extensive experience of working as a counsellor in higher education. These are some of the issues that I have had experience of dealing with: relationship problems, anxiety, life transitions, divorce, bereavement, depression, loneliness, identity issues, desire to understand dreams.
As a Registered Member of the BACP, I abide by its code of ethics and am committed to ongoing professional development.
