About Me

Do you want to understand yourself more and to explore why you feel anxious, sad, lonely or confused ? Are there times you suffer self doubt and fear, find that family and personal relationships are strained? Do you find yourself getting upset, devaluing yourself in relationships  not having your needs met, losing who you are as a person ? Perhaps you have suffered, neglect, emotional, psychological abuse.

As a therapist for over 18 years its been my job to help unpack and explore some very complicated and complex personal situations.
Using a real & reparative approach in a safe setting, I work with clients to understand, change, resolve and help heal many of their internal conflicts.

I work with narcissistic abuse syndrome, PTSD from emotional, physical, psychological and sexual abuse, neglect and abandonment addictions, eating disorders, alcoholism, stress in the work place, emotional and mental abuse, cultural difficulties, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, adults of childhood trauma and diagnosed mental health conditions. I work from a real and reparative standpoint with understanding, compassion and empathy. With the ability to understand, explore and work through conscious and subconscious belief systems, behavioural patterns, in order to reach desired hopes and goals.

I work with people from varied cultures and backgrounds both in the U.K. and from other countries.  Being familiar with various cultures and using an open and non-judgemental approach with each client.
