Dia Soilemezi

Dia is an experienced qualitative researcher. She has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology. Currently she is undertaking her PhD, which investigates the role of the home environment in dementia care (shortlisted for RIBA President’s Awards for Research). Her main research interests are: dementia, healthcare environments, falls prevention, and family caregiving. Before embarking on research, Dia worked in a variety of clinical settings supporting adults and elderly with stroke, dementia and mental health problems.
